Ian Howard - The Traveling Day Trader
I was born in London and grew up in the UK, After finishing my education I chose to look for new opportunities and emigrated to Australia in 1972.
A Mechanical Engineer by Profession, my background has me always looking to make things work better by systemisation, which became an entrepreneurial obsession by starting or buying a variety of small Businesses, improving their cashflow and profitability prior to selling them. This morphed into a successful Business Consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. In 2012, after a near death experience in a traffic accident, I chose to sell everything and follow my passion for travel. Starting on the Gold Coast, I searched for a vehicle to finance my planned adventures, which is when I came across an early version of IDTA, and the concept of Day Trading Futures… Along with a number of eCommerce projects that allowed me to earn an income from anywhere with a reliable Wifi Connection! And so my global Journey began…
The Methodology of the IDTA trading systems and indicators to achieve a profitable outcome in all Markets has led me to now focus only on Futures Trading and reduce my other digital activities … Now I have an approximately 90 minute workday, simply by following the IDTA Trading Rules and Algorithms.
I have chosen a Nomadic lifestyle, becoming ‘Happily Homeless’ and being able to choose any exotic location to reside myself… The IDTA system allows me to alter my living budget easily by adjusting my Trading Plan to suit. Global Time zones being my only challenge, but fortunately IDTA offers a number of Live Trading Room sessions which suit the markets you wish to trade.
