Hi I am Barrie, I am married and my wife supports me 100%, I’m 79 years of age.
I was a carpet layer for over 50 years and really knew nothing else, but was needing an outlet in my retirement, to keep me interested and motivated in life.

I enjoy helping other people, and futures trading gives me the opportunity to do this.

I have known Lachlan Elsworth the Co-Founder of IDTA, for many years.

My wife was the one that became interested first, and we went to all his training meetings!
I was always very impressed with his knowledge and teaching ability.

Even though I knew he had proven what he was teaching, it wasn’t until I started to get involved in the hub meetings in the local community that I felt confident enough in myself.

At the hub meetings each month, I met experienced successful traders and hub leaders Steve and Remie who have encouraged Lachlan’s teachings. They are there if I need encouragement and support.

I now enjoy trading futures, and encourage anyone that would like to have a change in their lives to give futures trading a go, to get into it and work smarter not harder.

You can trade anywhere in the world as long as you have the internet.
